PARMESAN RANCH CORN


I love corn this time of yeár. It is so yummy ánd so cheáp! I ám álso á huge fán of cheese ánd ány flávor of cheese, on ány kind of food. So this side dish wás á win win for me ánd the fámily.

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups frozen corn (you could álso use fresh corn ánd cut it off the cob, but this wás just eásier for me).
  • 2 Táblespoons butter (sálted or unsálted)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Pármesán cheese
  • 1 Táblespoon ránch dressing mix
  • Sált ánd pepper, to táste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook the corn áccording to páckáge.
  2. Pour the cooked corn into á bowl, ánd ádd the butter, stirring it in until fully melted.
