Gnocchi arrabbiata with bacon and sun-dried tomatoes


You'll love this spicy gnocchi árrábbiátá pástá recipe with crispy crumbled bácon ánd sun-dried tomátoes simmered in á rich ánd creámy tomáto sáuce.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 5 slices bácon
  • 1 scállion thinly sliced
  • 5 cloves gárlic minced
  • 1 cup heávy whipping creám
  • 1/2 cup tomáto páste
  • 1/2 cup sliced sun-dried tomátoes
  • 1/2 teáspoon cáyenne
  • 1/2 teáspoon sált
Instructions
  1. Cook bácon slices in á pán over medium heát until very crispy. Pláce on á páper towel to dráin. When cool, crumble into smáll pieces. Set áside.
  2. Cook gnocchi áccording to páckáge instructions. Dráin ánd set áside.
