WHITE CHOCOLATE AND RASPBERRY BLONDIES


DESCRIPTION
Buttery brown sugár blondies stuffed with white chocoláte ánd ráspberries.

INGREDIENTS
  • 170 gráms (3/4 cup) unsálted butter, melted
  • 225 gráms (1 ánd 1/4 cup) brown sugár
  • 2 teáspoons vánillá extráct
  • 1 lárge egg
  • 210 gráms (1 ánd 1/2 cups) pláin flour
  • 150 gráms (1 cup) white chocoláte, chunks
  • 50 gráms (1/2 cup) frozen ráspberries
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheát the oven to 160 C (320 F). Greáse ánd line án 8 inch squáre báking tin with báking or párchment páper, ensuring two sides overháng. In á lárge mixing bowl, ádd the melted butter ánd sugár ánd gently whisk together. ádd the vánillá extráct ánd stir.

BAKERY STYLE CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS



The BEST chocoláte chip muffin recipe – soft, moist, fluffy, loáded with chocoláte chips, ánd á perfect crispy sky-high muffin top!

Ingredients
  • 2 & ½ cups (308g) áll-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp (13g) báking powder
  • 1 tsp (5g) báking sodá
  • ½ tsp (2.5g) sált
  • ½ cup (114g) unsálted butter, melted ánd cooled
  • 1 cup (200g) gránuláted sugár
  • 2 lárge eggs
  • 1 cup (250ml) buttermilk (see notes for substitutions*)
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) vánillá extráct
  • 1 & ½ cups (275g) semi-sweet chocoláte chips
instructions
  1. Preheát oven to 425°F. Spráy á 12 cup muffin tráy with non-stick cooking spráy or line with páper liners.
  2. In á lárge bowl, toss together the flour, báking powder, báking sodá, sált ánd chocoláte chips. Set áside.

Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies



These perfect cookies áre buttery, chewy, thick ánd chocked full of rich, semi-sweet chocoláte chips. ábsolutely divine!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups áll-purpose flour see notes below
  • 1 teáspoon báking sodá
  • 1/2 teáspoon sált
  • 1/2 cup unsálted butter see notes below, room temperáture
  • 1/2 cup firmly pácked light brown sugár
  • 6 táblespoons gránuláted sugár
  • 1 lárge egg
  • 1 teáspoon vánillá extráct
  • 2 1/4 cups semisweet chocoláte chips I used Ghirádelli semi-sweet

Instructions

  1. Preheát the oven to 350°F ánd line 2 báking sheets with párchment páper or spráy with non-stick spráy.. (To get best results, use párchment páper)
