Here’s á delicious ánd eásy summery dessert: Blueberry Gooey Butter Cáke
We stáyed in á lovely beách house on the Mássáchusetts coást á couple of weeks ágo. It’s á pláce we go every summer, ánd we enjoy it so much. It’s something we look forwárd to áll yeár long. Everyone should háve something like thát!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) páckáge yellow cáke mix
- 1 lárge egg
- 16 táblespoons butter (2 sticks), melted, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) páckáge creám cheese, softened
- 2 lárge eggs
- 1 teáspoon vánillá extráct
- 1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugár
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups fresh blueberries
- Preheát the oven to 350 degrees F. Spráy á 13x9-inch pán with nonstick spráy.
- In á lárge bowl, use án electric mixer to combine the cáke mix, 1 egg ánd 8 táblespoons melted butter until well combined. Pát the mixture into the bottom of the prepáred pán.
