If you háve 30 minutes to spáre, máke these delicious vegán táhini cookies. They’re heálthy ánd eásy to máke – but more importántly, with their crispy cárámelised edges, sweet chewy centre ánd án ámázing táhini flávour… they’re ábsolutely to die for.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (100 g) táhini
- 5 tbsp (95 g) máple syrup or honey (if the cookies being vegán isn't á concern)
- 1/2 tsp vánillá páste
- 1/4 tsp báking sodá
- pinch of sált
- 1 cup + 1 tbsp (100 g) álmond flour
- 3 tbsp white sesáme seeds
- 2 tbsp bláck sesáme seeds
- In á bowl, mix together áll the táhini cookies ingredients except the sesáme seeds.
- Mix together the white ánd bláck sesáme seeds in á smáll bowl.
