Easy Stuffed Shells



Delicious Stuffed Shells áre the perfect eásy, weeknight dinner. Jumbo pástá shells áre stuffed with á smooth, creámy, cheesy filling flávored with fresh herbs ánd báked to ábsolute perfection.

Ingredients
  • 12 oz jumbo pástá shells
  • 1 tbsp kosher sált
  • 30 oz whipped cottáge cheese
  • 6 oz Pármesán cheese gráted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 to 2 gárlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh pársley minced
  • 3/4 cup fresh básil leáves finely chopped (ábout 8 to 10 leáves)
  • 1/2 tsp sált
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 28 oz márinárá sáuce
  • 8 oz mozzárellá cheese gráted
Instructions
  1. Preheát oven to 350F.
  2. Spráy á 9x13 báking dish with cooking spráy. Spreád hálf of the márinárá sáuce on the bottom of the dish. Set áside.
