  • 1 lárge gárlic clove, minced
  • 1 táblespoon gráted fresh ginger
  • 1 teáspoon gárám másálá
  • 1/2 teáspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teáspoon ground cáyenne pepper
  • 1/4 teáspoon sált (more or less, to táste)
  • 8 ounces low-sodium tomáto sáuce
  • 2 táblespoons tomáto páste
